Centennial Basketball Association is looking forward to an exciting season and your sponsorship can help make that happen!! As you may know CBA is a non-profit organization and 100% funded by sponsorship and parents. Your sponsorship(s) allows us to provide basketball to over 200 youth. There are many costs in running a basketball league and in order for us to keep registration costs down we need your help. We are a registered 501(c)3 EIN #93-1125187.  Your sponsorship is tax deductible! We have three levels of sponsorship.

Gold level– we will list your name as a sponsor on our website, Facebook page, banners at every game, fliers to hand out and a “Thank You” plaque

1) Gold: Team Sponsorship $800  ________ Team Uniforms $500  ________ Team Equipment $300

Silver level– Banners, fliers and a “Thank You” plaque

2) Silver:Team Jerseys $250  ________ Team Shirts $180  ________ Sponsor a player $100

Bronze-A “Thank You” plaque

3) Bronze: Basketball $50  ________ Practice Cones $25__________
